Yes. At minimum you need a resale certificate (sales tax permit) from your state to buy wholesale without paying sales tax. Most states also require a tobacco retail license to stock tobacco or vape products, and some add separate vape or hemp endorsements. Before a supplier is listed, we confirm an active business registration in its home state and a working B2B sales operation — a real wholesale catalog, storefront, or sales contact. Listings are re-reviewed when claimed, reported, or updated. Suppliers that can’t be verified are not listed.
