18+ regulatedRegulated under the Oklahoma Kratom Consumer Protection Act (63 O.S. 1-1432.1 to 1-1432.5, created by HB 1784 of 2021 and amended by SB 891 of 2025, effective November 1, 2025): no sales to anyone under 18, adulterated or contaminated products prohibited, 7-hydroxymitragynine capped at 1 percent of the alkaloid fraction, no synthesized alkaloids, and residual solvent limits. Labels must show alkaloid amounts, serving directions and an FDA disclaimer, and powdered and smaller liquid products must include a calibrated measuring device. Vendors must produce test results from an independent testing laboratory on request by the State Department of Health. Penalties escalate to a three year prohibition on selling kratom after a third offense.
