Delta-8 / Hemp Status

Chemically converting hemp cannabinoids into delta-8 or other THC isomers is non-compliant with Colorado's industrial hemp definition, and converted THC isomers are prohibited in food, supplements, and cosmetics (C.R.S. 25-5-426; CDPHE and MED guidance). THC products sell only through the licensed marijuana system.
Kratom Status

C.R.S. 44-1-105(3) and 18-13-132 (SB22-120) restrict kratom sales to buyers 21 and older, require a government-issued photo ID check before every sale, prohibit displaying or storing kratom where under-21 customers can reach it, and require a label showing the manufacturer's identity and address and a full ingredient list. Kratom adulterated with fentanyl or another controlled substance is prohibited. Local governments may impose stricter rules but may not set a lower age.
